摘要 高强度工程机械用钢具有较高的强度和较好的冲击韧性,广泛应用于矿山机械、工程机械等行业,但该钢种的合金含量和碳当量较高,在焊接过程中需要匹配最佳的焊接工艺才能保证其加工使用性能。通过不同的焊接试验,为高强度工程机械用钢Q960E确立了合适的焊接工艺。 High strength steel for engineering machinery possesses higher strength and good impact toughness and are widely applied in various industries such as mining machinery and construction machinery. However,the steel grade consists of high alloy content and carbon equivalent value, of which the fabrication and application performance can only be ensured with optimized welding process during welding. Due to this reason, various welding tests are performed and rational welding process is established for Q960E high strength steel.
