摘要 针对机采井电量计量数据模糊,使治理针对性受到影响的问题,设计研究了一种机采井电量计量及异常耗电预警装置,能够对各单井日耗电量进行准确计量,成本低,系统结构简单。对130口机采井进行了现场试验,该装置能够对单井进行电量计量,耗电量实时与前一个测量周期对比,当发现耗电量超出±20%时,及时提出预警;能够自动完成抽油机井平衡比计算,减少了测试工作量;实时监测机采井的运行状况,及时处理现场事故,提高工作效率。 Aiming at the problem that the electricity metering data of mechanical recovery wells is ambiguous and the pertinence of governance is affected,a kind of electricity metering and power consumption early warning device of mechanical recovery wells is designed and researched,which can accurately measure daily power consumption of single well and low cost.The system structure is simple.Field test was carried out on 130 mechanical recovery wells.The device can measure the electric quantity of a single well.The power consumption is compared with the previous measurement period,when the power consumption is found to be more than ±20%,the warning is promptly put forward.The system can automatically calculate the balance ratio of pumping well,reducing the test workload.It also can real-time monitor the operating conditions of mechanical recovery wells,process on-site accidents timely and improve work efficiency.
