摘要
从回顾十八大以来我国在中央与地方政府事权划分问题上的推进过程入手,具体分析了发达国家在中央与地方政府事权划分上的法治化情况,指出了其对我国中央与地方政府事权划分法治化路径探索的启示,重点探究了推进和完善我国中央与地方政府间事权划分的法治化路径。
From the reviewof 18th CPC National Congress to promote the process of our country in the central and local government powers,we specifically analyze about decision-making powers under the rule of lawin central and local goverment from developed countries. In addition,we get the inspiration of the rule of lawdivision between the central government and the local government,focusing on promoting and improving the rule of lawin authority division between the central and local government in China.
