摘要
电梯作为公共建筑中的垂直交通工具,已经成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。在电梯为人们带来便利的同时,电梯安全事故也随之而来。电梯质量可靠性的研究为今后电梯的安全运行提供了保障,使人们更加放心乘梯。本文主要研究对象是曳引驱动电梯(以下简称"电梯"),将其主体机械设备划分为可靠性研究的指标,通过故障模式及影响分析(FMEA),计算得出危险优先数(RPN),再将RPN进行归一化计算得出电梯各指标所占上级指标可靠度的比例,以此作为模糊综合评价方法的权重进行评价模型的构建,最后将评价模型应用于特检所2014~2016年进行检验的电梯,以特检所的电梯检验大数据为基础,对包头市电梯质量可靠性进行宏观评价,并向包头市电梯监管机构提出监管意见和建议。
As the vertical transport in the public buildings, the elevator has been an indispensable part of people's life. The elevator brings convenience for people at the same time, elevator safety accidents also follows. The research on quality reliability of the elevator provides a guarantee for the safe operation in the future, to make people feel more comfortable on it. The main object of this paper is the traction drive elevator(hereinafter referred to as "the elevator"). The main machinery of the elevator is divided into the index of this reliability research. Through the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA) method, the Risk Priority Number(RPN) can be calculated. The proportion of the reliability of the upper reaches of the indicators of the elevator is calculated by normalizing the RPN. This proportion is used as the weight to construct the evaluation model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the evaluation model is applied on the elevator inspected by the Special Equipment Inspection Institute of Baotou in 2014 to 2016, based on the big data of inspection. The elevator quality reliability is macroscopically evaluated, the regulatory advice and recommendations are proposed to Baotou elevator supervisor.
