摘要
本文叙述了当前既有住宅加装电梯困境,存在资金筹措困难、住户利益协调难、审批办证难、应急救援困难等问题,基于利益均等、分摊补偿、统筹规划,创新方法,简化流程等原则,并提出了合理化的建议,以期为推进旧楼加装电梯提供新思路。
This paper describes the existing difficulties of financing, coordinating household interests, approving accreditation, emergency rescue and so on, about the installing elevators on current residential buildings. Based on the principle of equal interests, apportionment of compensation, overall planning, innovative methods, simplified processes and other principles, it gave some rationalization proposal, so as to provide some new ideas for advancing the installation of elevators on old buildings.
