摘要
目前,高校创业学院普遍存在理念指导滞后、办学定位模糊、发展方向不明、人才培养低效、内涵发展不足等问题。引导创业学院合理定位发展类型和方向,建立高校创业学院分类体系迫在眉睫。根据浙江省和区域经济社会发展需求,从内涵发展维度对浙江省高校创业学院进行分类,探索从面向文化发展、行业特色、网络服务、国际合作等四个方向上进行定位发展,夯实各自基础及发挥优势,整合多方创业资源,形成不同类型的创业教育理念和办学特色,促进创业学院科学发展。同时,分类定位也有利于浙江省高校创业学院联盟内部协同发展。
At present, entrepreneurship institutes in universities have common problems, for examples, guidance notions lag be- hind practice, orientation is positioned ambiguously, developing direction is unclear, talent training is inefficient and connotative devel- opment is not motivated. It is urgent to lead entrepreneurship institutes to rationally position their development types and directions, es- tablish a classification system of entrepreneurship institutes. According to the economic and social development demand of Zhejiang Province and the region Zhejiang is located in, entrepreneurship institutes should be classified from the perspective of intension devel- opment. To promote the scientific development of entrepreneurship institutes, this paper paoposes positioning the development of entre- preneurship institutes from the perspectives of four aspects, namely, cultural development, industry characteristics, network services and international cooperation orientation, and meanwhile, the institutes should consOlidate their own foundations and advantages, in- tegrate various entrepreneurship resources, as well as form different types of entrepreneurship education ideas and characteristics. At the same time, the classification orientation is beneficial to the internal coordinated development of the entrepreneurship institute league in Zhejiang Province.
