压延胶帘布自动测厚装置的设计及优化

摘要 摘要:通过对胶鞋和布面胶鞋等橡胶制品加工过程中压延胶帘布自动测厚装置的设计及优化,包括对压延胶帘布中间部位厚度测量装置和边缘部位测量装置的的设计及优化,不仅实现胶帘布的自动测厚,保证测厚数据的准确性、操作的安全性,减少浪费,提高生产效率;也实现连续的压延胶帘布测厚和数据记录,做到实时监控,便于质量追溯分析,提高了管理效率。 The design and optimization of thickness measuring device of calendering rubber cord during the manufacturing process of rubber shoes, rubber-soled canvas shoes and other shoes were achieved, including the design and optimization of thickness measuring device on the middle parts and the side parts of calendered rubber cord. The automated thickness measurement on calendered rubber cord and measuring accuracy were obtained by this method, the operation safety was achieved as well. It reduces the waste and improves production efficiency. The continuously thickness measuring and data record of calendered rubber cord were also realized. It achieves real- time monitoring and makes quality tracing conveniently and improves management efficiency eventually.
