离心铸造低合金铸铁轧辊表面缺陷分析

摘要 借助OM、SEM及体视显微镜,分析了离心铸造低合金铸铁轧辊表面缺陷的微观特征、组织、夹杂物类型及成分等。结果表明,轧辊中存在大量孔洞,孔洞最深可达16.23μm,离心铸造轧辊主要组织是珠光体+渗碳体,基体中有MnS、TiC与VC析出,并存在P偏聚区。结合实际生产工艺分析了离心铸造铸铁轧辊表面锈斑缺陷产生的原因,并提出了改进措施。 The microscopic characteristics,microstructure and inclusions of surface defects in centrifugal casting low alloy iron casting mill roller were analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,stereoscopic microscopes.The results show that there exist a lot of holes in the mill roller with the depth of 16.23μm.The microstructure is composed of pearlite and cementite,and MnS inclusion and TiC as well as VC precipitates can be observed,and phosphorus segregation zone in the matrix is present.The reasons of the centrifugal casting defects were analyzed according to the production process,and the countermeasures were provided.
