摘要
目的探讨"四联合"护理德育工作提高护理实习生护理道德水平的效果。方法教学医院护理学教研室、团委、工会、宣传部构建"四联合"护理德育团队,对2016年—2017年在该院实习的100名护理专业学生开展护理德育工作。比较2016年—2017年和2015年—2016年实习生的护理道德测评得分。结果 2016年—2017年护理实习生的护理道德认知、护理道德信念、护理道德情感、护理道德意志、护理道德行为得分高于2015年—2016年的学生(P<0.05)。结论 "四联合"护理德育工作有助于提高护理实习生的护理道德水平。
Objective To evaluate the effects of "four department joint" on nursing moral education. Methods The department joint was made up by nursing department,youth league committee,federation of trade unions, Teaching hospital through joint nursing teaching and publicity department of the hospital. The four departments together conducted moral education to 100 nursing students who took part in the clinical practice from 2016 to 2017. The moral course examination scores were compared between the students of 2016 to 2017 and students of 2015 to 2016. Results Scores of students in 2016-2017 regarding the moral knowledge,moral belief,moral willing, moral emotion,and moral behaviors were significantly higher than those of students in 2015-2016(P〈0.05). Conclusion The "four department joint" nursing moral education can help to improve the moral level of nursing interns.
