摘要
简要阐述了在我国建筑业快速发展的时代背景下,我国公共建筑的耗能情况和节能改造的现状,分析了公共建筑节能改造的意义,提出了对公共建筑外围护系统、照明系统、中央空调系统、可再生能源利用以及加强和改善建筑后期运维模式等的改造措施。对某大型医院的能耗现状、用能特点进行了剖析,分析了存在的问题及改造潜力等,给出了适合医院节能改造的技术措施。从而提高对公共建筑节能改造的认识和改造的水平。
The current energy consumption and energy efficiency in Chinese public buildings are described briefly under the background of the rapid development of China 's construction industry. The significance of energy-saving retrofitting for public buildings are expounded,proposing the retrofitting measures for exterior protection system of public buildings,as well as the lighting system,central air conditioning system,the utilization of renewable energy,and strengthening and improvement of the post-construction operation and maintenance mode. The energy consumption and energy characteristics of a large hospital are analyzed,especially on the existing problems and retrofitting potential,supplying the appropriate technical measures for hospital energy conservation,so as to improve the level of awareness and transformation of energy conservation in public buildings.
