摘要
针对一特殊用途桥式起重机小车架,在其布置方案及结构形式的基础上,应用有限元软件ABAQUS建立小车架的结构模型.通过对小车架在四种不同工况下的分析,确定最不利特殊工况下小车架结构所受载荷及其计算方法,获得小车架在各工况下的应力与应变云图.分析中给出结构中应力分布及位移较大的危险点,为改进设计提供了依据.
Aiming at bridge crane small frame for a special purpose based on its layout scheme and structure form,the finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish the structural model of the small frame. Through the analysis of the trolley frame under four different working conditions,the load and calculation method of the small frame structure under the most unfavorable special condition were determined,and the stress and strain nephogram of the small frame under different working conditions were obtained. The dangerous points of stress distribution and displacement in the structure were determined,which provides the basis for improving design.
