摘要
目的观察活血解毒方治疗原发性干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年9月至2016年10月收治的75例原发性干燥综合征患者为研究对象,将其随机分成试验组(38例)与对照组(37例)。试验组采取活血解毒方中药口服治疗,对照组采取雷公藤多甙片口服治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果试验组与对照组患者的治疗总有效率比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的ESR、CRP、IgG、IgM、IgA水平及Sit、BUT、静态唾液流率均改善,且试验组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论活血解毒方能有效缓解干燥综合征主要症状,改善相关实验室及物理检查指标,具有推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Jiedu prescription in the treatment of primary Sjogren's syndrome. Methods A total of 75 patients with primary Sjgren's syndrome treated in our hospital from September 2015 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(38 cases) and the control group(37 cases).The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine of Huoxue Jiedu prescription, and the control group received oral Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside tablet. The clinical effects of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05). The levels of ESR, CRP, Ig G, Ig M and Ig A and Sit, BUT, static salivary flow rate in the two groups improved, and those of the experimental group were better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Jiedu prescription can effectively alleviate the main symptoms of Sjogren's syndrome, improve the related laboratory and physical examination indicators, which has the promotion value.
