摘要
目的:探讨套石篮联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术在治疗马蹄肾肾结石的临床应用价值及应用前景。方法:分析统计2014年06月~2016年01月郑州大学第一附属医院泌尿外科采用套石篮联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗的马蹄肾肾结石23例患者的临床相关资料。结果:本组23例患者单次碎石成功率95.7%(22/23)。总体平均手术时间95(45~140)min。术后平均住院时间4(3~5)d。无脓肾、输尿管断裂等并发症。23例随访至今,未发现结石复发。结论:套石篮联合输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾肾结石安全、有效。
Objective：To evaluate the clinical effects and application prospect of holmium laser lithotripsy through flexible ureteroscope combined with stone basket for stones in horseshoe kidney.Method：The clinical data of 23 cases with stones in horseshoe kidney who were treated by holmium laser lithotripsy through flexible ureteroscope combined with stone basket at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2014 to January 2016 were analyzed retrospectively.Result：The success rate of stone fragmentation after one session was95.7%（22/23）.The total operation time ranged from 45 to 140 min with a mean of 95 min.The patients were discharged from hospital in 3-5（mean,4）days after the operation.No ureteral perforations or pyonephrosis occurred in this series.All patients were followed up till now,and no recurrence was found.Conclusion：The holmium laser lithotripsy through flexible ureteroscope combined with stone basket can be used to treat stones in horseshoe kidney safely and effectively.
