早期抽薹当归中重金属含量特征

摘要 重金属耐性植物的筛选是植物修复技术的基础和关键.本文以早期抽薹当归为研究对象,采用大田种植方式分析了当归全株不同部位的重金属含量.结果表明,早期抽薹当归种植地土壤中重金属含量较低,未形成污染;当归全株中重金属含量从高到低依次为Cu>Zn>Hg>Pb>As;Cu含量高于其它金属,地上部分吸收量为11381.66μg·kg-1,根含量为6790.56μg·kg-1;当归抽薹结籽后地上生物量平均2217.04kg·ha-1,最高为可达3090.96kg·ha-1,可吸收Cu 23.52g·ha-1,Zn 1.57g·ha-1,As 0.03g·ha-1,Hg 0.08g·ha-1,Pb 0.13g·ha-1.当归对Cu的富集系数和转运系数分别为274.76和1.68,对Cu的富集量显著高于其它重金属;Hg的富集系数为17.81,转运系数0.22最低,根是Hg的主要富集部位.早期抽薹当归对重金属Cu具有较强的富集作用,作为重金属富集植物可实现资源综合利用. Screening of heavy metal accumulator plants is the fundamental work for phytoremediation.Earlier bolting Angelica sinensis planted in the field was collected and concentration of heavy metals(Cu,Zn,As,Hg,Pb)in defferent parts of the plant was determined.The result revealed that the soil was not polluted by heavy metals,the concentration of heavy metals in earlier bolting Angelica sinensis was CuZnHgPbAs,Cu was the highest among them.The concentration of Cu was 11381.66μg·kg-1 and6790.56μg·kg-1 in aerial parts and root;mean biomass of earlier bolting Angelica sinensis reached2217.04 kg·ha-1 when harvested after it bore seeds,the highest biomass could reach 3090.96 kg·ha-1;content of Cu,Zn,As,Hg and Pb could reach 23.52 g·ha-1,1.57 g·ha-1,0.03 g·ha-1,0.08 g·ha-1,0.13 g·ha-1,respectively.Bioconcentration factor(BCF)and translocation factor(TF)of Cu was 274.76 and 1.68,respectively,which meant the highest numerical value among them;BCF and TF of Hg was17.81 and 0.22,respectively,the TF was the lowest among them,the root could be considered as the main part of bioconcentration of Hg.The result suggested that earlier bolting Angelica sinensis had high bioconcentration capability of Cu,it could be a potential candidate for phytoremediation of heavy metals.
