慢性心力衰竭患者血UA水平与心力衰竭严重程度及预后的关系分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析慢性心力衰竭患者血尿酸(UA)水平与心力衰竭严重程度及预后的相关性。方法将200例慢性心力衰竭患者按心功能(NYHA分级)Ⅰ~Ⅳ级分为4组,观察患者治疗前后血UA的水平变化,分析其与NYHA心功能分级、左室射血分数(LVEF)及预后的相关性。结果心功能分级越高,血UA水平越高,LVEF越低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同一心功能分级患者治疗后与治疗前比较,血UA水平降低,LVEF升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血UA水平与心功能分级呈正相关(r=0.937,P<0.05),与LVEF呈负相关(r=-0.778,P<0.05)。治疗后发生心脏事件患者的血UA水平高于未发生心脏事件的患者,心源性死亡的患者血UA水平高于因心力衰竭再次入院的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血UA可作为评估心力衰竭严重程度的指标之一。血UA水平高,心脏事件发生率高,临床预后差。
