摘要
提高烟气脱硫除尘技术水平是从源头防治尘肺病、硫化物中毒等职业病的重要一环。结合降膜法脱硫和鼓泡法除尘的优点,设计了新型的降膜—浅层鼓泡烟气脱硫除尘一体化实验系统,并采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂改性氢氧化钠吸收液,对模拟电厂烟气的除尘脱硫性能进行了研究。结果表明:添加表面活性剂能同时促进溶液脱硫和除尘效率;随SO2初始浓度的增大,反应器脱硫效率减小(尤其是SO2浓度增大到1 756 mg/m3以上时),但除尘效率略有增加。
Improving flue gas desulfurization and dust removal technology is an important part of prevention and control of occupational diseases such as pneumoconiosis and sulfide poisoning from the source. In the study, combined with the ad- vantages of the falling film desulphurization and shallow bubbling method of dust removal, designed a failing film-shallow bubbling gas fume desulfurization and dust removal integration experiment system. By using sodium dodeeyl benzene sulfon- ic acid as surface active agent modified sodium hydroxide to absorb liquid, the dust removal and desulfurization performance simulation of the power plant flue gas was studied. The results showed that : adding surface active agent can promote the so- lution of desulphurization and dust removal efficiency at the same time ; with the increase of the initial concentration of the SO2, desulfurization efficiency decreased ( especially when the SO2 concentration increased to 1 756 mg/m^3 above) , but the dust removal efficiency increased slightly.
