摘要
目的 探讨正念减压训练对喉癌患者睡眠质量、焦虑及抑郁水平的影响.方法 将68例喉癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各34例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施正念减压训练.干预前后用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI量表)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量(SDS)表进行测评,评价干预效果.结果 正念减压训练后,观察组PSQI得分为(6.57±1.54)分,SAS得分为(42.39±6.02)分、SDS得分为(41.53±4.51)分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05).结论正念减压训练能改善喉癌患者睡眠质量,降低患者的焦虑、抑郁水平.
Objective To explore the influence of mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) training on the quality of sleep,anxiety and depression in laryngocarcinoma patients.Methods Totally 68 laryngeal carcinoma patients were assigned into the control group(34 cases)and the oberservation group(34 cases) randomly. Routine nursing was given to both group, on the basis of which mindfulness-based stress reduction training was given to the observation group. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were evaluated before and after intervention, so as to evaluate the effect of the training.ResultsAfter MBSR training,the scores of PSQI, SAS and SDS of the observation group were (6.57±1.54), (42.39±6.02) and (41.53±4.51) respectively, which were all lower than the control group, and the differences were are statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusions Mindfulness-based stress reduction training can effectively improve the laryngeal carcinoma patients' quality of sleep and reduce the level of anxiety and depression.
