摘要
中国石化勘探分公司以"高效勘探、商业发现"为指导思想,引入了SPE准则的页岩气储量评估技术。SPE准则是国际石油公司之间进行储量资产买卖和储量评估工作的主要依据,其对页岩气资源分级分类的依据:纵向上,依据商业性机会进行分级,分为远景资源量、潜在资源量、储量;横向上,根据"不确定性范围"将储量、潜在资源量、远景资源量分别划分为3个不同的类别,用低估值(P90)、最佳估值(P50)和高估值(P10)表示。国内储量规范与SPE储量准则评估方法基本相同,但国内储量依据地质认识程度划分类别。以A页岩气田为实例,以SPE准则为依据,评价出证实储量、概算储量和可能储量;以产能建设方案为依据,在目前国内页岩气价格下,计算出储量价值,证实储量价值占26%,概算储量价值占19%,可能储量价值占55%。随着中石化储量评价技术与国际接轨,注重储量价值化评估,方便国际行业间交流和对比,运用SPE准则开展储量评估将逐渐推广。
Guided by the thought of "high-efficiency exploration and commercial discovery",SINOPEC Exploration Company introduced shale gas reserves estimation technology in SPE Standards.SPE Standards are the main foundation among international petroleum companies on reserves assets trade and reserves estimation,whose classification basis for the shale gas resources is as follows: in the vertical,it can be classified as prospect resources,potential resources and reserves according to commercial opportunities;in the horizontal,reserves,potential resources and prospect resources may be classified as three different types respectively ac-cording to the range of uncertainty,named as under-estimation value(P90),the best estimation value(P50) and high-estimation value(P10).Estimation method of the domestic reserves standards is basically same as that of SPE reserves standards,but the classification basis of the domestic reserves is geological knowledge degree.Proved reserves,probable reserves and possible reserves were estimated based on SPE Standards in A Shale Gas Field.Based on the productivity construction project,the value of reserves was calculated at the current domestic price of shale gas: the proved reserves,probable reserves and possible reserves account for 26%,19% and 55% respectively.Along with the estimation technology of SINOPEC reserves being in line with in-ternational standards,the valuation of reserves should be estimated,communication and correlation should be easily done among international industries,and SPE Standards should be applied to reserves estimation.
