摘要
针对HP磨煤机普遍存在石子煤量大、出力不足等问题,应用试验和分析对比的方法,对磨煤机风环进行技术改造。结果表明:改造后磨煤机石子煤量大幅度减少,出力提高至磨煤机设计出力,取得了良好效果。
Using the methods of application test, analysis and comparison to changing the technique of the ring nozzle of medium speed mill in some aspects which in order to solving the common problems of HP medium speed mill causing by gangues discharge, lacking of output, etc. The result shows that the mill is doing great after the technical transformation by reducing the number of gangues discharge and increasing the output to the design output.
