摘要
目的观察富含血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)骨粉修复即刻种植体周围骨缺损中的作用及临床效果。方法选取前牙区缺牙患者67例,随机分为两组,实验组35例,植入PRF/Bio-oss骨粉,对照组32例,植入Bio-oss骨粉,通过CBCT比较术后两组新骨密度以及通过游标卡尺测量并比较牙槽骨唇腭向高度及厚度;术后3、7、14 d及4W临床观察种植体牢固度、基台周围黏膜有无红肿、出血及创口愈合状况。结果术后12、20 W,CBCT检查结果发现实验组新骨密度、牙槽骨唇腭向高度及厚度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。临床资料结果显示即刻种植术后3,7,14 d及4W,两组患者种植体牢固度较好,基台周围黏膜无红肿、出血,创口愈合良好。结论 PRF/Bio-oss骨粉在修复种植体周围骨缺损中的作用明显高于Bio-oss骨粉。PRF/Bio-oss骨粉具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective Clinical observation on the effect of platelet-rich fibrin on the regeneration of bone defects around immediate implant. Methods 67 cases with anterior teeth lost are chosen and divided into two groups randomly.Group one using PRF/Bio-oss powder, group two using Bio-oss powder only,measuring the difference of the density of bone around implant with CBCT, measuring the difference of the thickness and length of the alveolar bone toward the lip and palate between the two groups with vernier caliper. The stability of the implant, the swelling and bleeding of the mucosa around implant abutment, the healing of wound are observed on postoperative 3, 7 and 14 day and in postoperative 4 week. Results After measuring with CBCT in the 12,20 weeks, Group one is more effective statisticly than group two(P〈0.05). The implant is firm and the mucosa around the abutment heals well. The wound heals well too.Conclusion The osteoinduction with PRF/Bio-oss powder is better than Biooss powder clinically.
