摘要
[目的]研制玫瑰黄链霉菌Men-myco-93-63抗菌活性代谢产物roflamycoin抗生素悬浮剂。[方法]分别采用流点法及尝试法对润湿剂、分散剂和增稠剂等助剂进行筛选及优化,最终采用湿法研磨超微粉碎法研制了0.1% roflamycoin抗生素悬浮剂,对其性能指标进行测定,并将其用于田间黄瓜白粉病的防治。[结果]以质量分数为0.1% rofalmycoin抗生素为有效成分、1%DS 97为润湿剂、1%亨斯迈2208及2% LT-767C为分散剂、1%硅酸铝镁及0.1%黄原胶为增稠剂和5%的乙二醇为防冻剂研制的0.1% rofalmycoin悬浮剂性能良好、悬浮率高、热贮稳定性好。田间该悬浮剂的250、500、1000倍防治效果均达到80%以上,其中1000倍防效达到88.09%。[结论]0.1% Roflamycoin悬浮剂对黄瓜白粉病有较好的防治效果。
[Aims] The roflamycoin 0.1% SC, the metabolite of streptomyces rose of lavus Me-myco-93-63, was prepared and its efficacy on the cucumber powdery mildew was studied. [Methods] A series of wetting agent, dispersing agent, thickening agent and other agent were screened and optimized by flow point method and selection method. [Results] The wet milling method was ultimately chosen as the optimal method to prepare the roflamycoin 0.1% SC which contains the following formula: roflamycoin 0.1% as active ingredient, DS 97 1% as wetting agent, Huntsman 2208 1% as dispersing agent, xanthan gum 0.1% and veegum 1% as thickening agent, ethanediol 5% as antifreezing agent and SAG-630 0.2% as defaming agent. In the field test, the control effects of 250, 500 and 1000 times of roflamycoin SC were all more than 80%, of which the 1000 times was 88.09%. [Conclusions] The roflamycoin 0.1% SC showed good effect on cucumber powdery mildew.
