6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂对芒果树生长、品质和产量的影响 被引量:7

Effects of Amino-bras sinolide 6.003% AS on Growth,Quality and Yield of Mango Tree

摘要 [目的]研究6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂对芒果树的保花、保果效果。[方法]用不同质量分数(24、30、40、60 mg/kg)的6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂在芒果树开花初期及幼果橄榄大小时分别对芒果树进行喷药处理,并测定与产量、品质等性状相关的指标。[结果]与对照相比,喷施6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂的芒果树的单株产量增加了64.1%~87.5%,芒果果肉的可溶性物含量增加了6.86%~8.88%,可滴定酸含量下降了12.6%~16.6%,维生素C含量增加了14.19%~14.93%,含糖量增加了15.2%~24.9%,以上数据表明6.003%氨基·芸苔素内酯水剂对芒果产量及果实品质有显著的提高和改善作用。[结论]当药液质量分数达到40 mg/kg时,各项指标均达到较高水平,且与最大值均无显著差异,建议喷施的适宜剂量为30~40 mg/kg。 [Aims] This paper aims to study the effects of amino-brassinolide 6.003% AS on growth, quality and yield of mango tree (Mangifera indica L.). [Methods] Five different concentrations of amino-brassinolide 6.003% AS were sprayed at the early anthesis stage and young fruits (as big as the olive fruit). [Results] The results showed that the yield and quality of mango significantly increased after treatment with different concentrations of amino-brassinolide 6.003% AS. The yield increased by 64.1-87.5% when compared with the control. The citrate titratable acid contents decreased by 12.6-16.6% whereas the soluble matter content, vitamin C and sugar increased by 6.86-8.88, 14.19-14.93 and 15.2-24.9%, respectively. [Conclusions] The physiological indicators of mango reached the maximum at 40 mg/kg of a mino-brassinolide 6.003% AS, and there were no significant difference with the maximum. The concentrations of 30-40 mg/kg is recommended for field application.
