摘要加速康复外科（enhanced recovery after surgery，ERAs）是为促进患者康复而采用一系列围手术期的优化路径，以尽可能地减轻患者心理和生理的创伤性应激反应，控制和减少并发症，最大限度地缩短住院时间，降低再入院风险、死亡风险和医疗费用的多学科医疗模式理念。它引领着21世纪现代外科学的发展方向。
