摘要
为研究农田人参皂苷积累规律,确定农田栽参适宜采收期。利用超高效液相色谱法,使用Waters BEH-C18柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7μm)分析柱,流动相为乙腈-0.4%甲酸水溶液,梯度洗脱,流速为0.5 m L/min,柱温35℃,检测波长为203 nm。结果标明:9月21日采收5年生人参平均单支重量77.88 g;9月21日采收6年生人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rf、Rb1、Ro、Rc、Rb2、Rb3和Rd含量分别为0.78%、0.48%、0.24%、1.32%、0.54%、0.71、0.76%、0.15%和0.35%;9种人参皂苷含量为5.34%。人参有效成分积累最大值出现在9月21日采收的5年生人参。总之本研究为农田栽参适宜采收期提供科学依据。
The purpose of this study was to find the ginsenosides accumulation law of farmland planting ginseng and determine the suitable harvest time.In this research,the UPLC method was conducted on a waters BEH-C18 analytical column(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 μm) with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.4% methanoic acid solutioby gradient elution at a flow rate of 0.5 m L/min,where the column temperature was maintained at 35℃ and the detection wave length was 203 nm.The results showed the average weight of 5 year-old ginseng harvested in 21 th September was 77.88 g.For 6-year-old raw run ginseng harvested in 21 th September,the contents of ginsenosides Rg1,Re,Rf,Rb1,Ro,Rc,Rb2,Rb3 and Rd were 0.78%,0.48%,0.24%,1.32%,0.54%,0.71%,0.76%,0.15% and0.35%,respectively.The total content of 9 kinds of ginsenosides was 5.34%.The highest concentration of active ingredients in ginseng occurred on 5-year-old ginseng harvested in 21 th September.In conclusion this research provided a scientific basis for the suitable harvesting time of the field.
