摘要
建筑业经过数十年的高速增长后出现了回落,生产能力过剩,面临去库存压力。新常态背景下,依靠需求侧拉动式发展已经步入困境,国家适时提出了供给侧改革,建筑行业也在积极地推进改革工作。基于建筑业供给侧改革的方向,分析了行业供给侧改革对高职土建类专业人才培养的影响,如专业设置、培养模式、教学方案等。提出高职教育必须推行与行业发展性相适应的供给侧改革。
After decades of rapid growth, the construction industry has fallen down, overcapacity and inventory pressure have appeared. Under the background of the new normal, the development pulled by the demand side has already entered a difficult position. The state puts forward the supply side reform in good time, and the construction industry also actively promotes the reform. Based on the direction of supply side reform in construction industry, this paper analyzes the influence of the industrial supply side reform on the talent training in Civil Engineering specialty in higher vocational colleges from the aspects of profession setting, training mode, teaching plans and so on. It is proposed that higher vocational education should carry out the supply side reform to adapt to the industry development.
