摘要
在经济结构发生变化的时代背景下,传统国际贸易依托海运为主要通道的物流模式受到挑战。高效联通海运通道与内陆通道,提高国内运输市场的标准化程度以衔接国际市场,提高内陆地区的物流效率,解决国际产业资本在内陆地区的布局等成为亟待解决的新命题。
Under the background of the changing economic structure, the logistics mode of traditional international trade relying on sea transportation as the main channel is challenged. It has become the new and urgent mission needed to be solved to connect shipping channel and inland channel, improve the domestic transportation market standardization degree to join the international market,improve the logistics efficiency of inland areas, resolve international industrial capital in land area layout efficiently and so on. To establish a logistics channel, we need to rely on multi-modal transport hubs. Multi-modal transport hubs are usually based on rail yards and ports. Where there are ports, it is reasonable for the railway to move closer to the port; inland without ports, large rail yards should be ports inland. If a port and railway hub is built separately in a city, we may find that the multimodal transport resources will present fragmentation and the "one kilometer" dilemma of multimodal transport will devour a large number of invalid cost, leading transport "not connected".
