摘要
高校图书馆的自助服务是一种人性化用户的自我服务模式,也是图书馆未来服务的发展方向。从多方面入手,对互联网环境下高校图书馆的自助服务展开探讨,为高校图书馆用户提供更为优质的服务。
The self-service of university library is a self-service mode of humanized users and also the development direction of library ＇s future service. Starting from many aspects,this paper explores the self-service of university libraries under the Internet environment and provides better service to university library users.
