摘要
目的观察优质护理干预对老年2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效。方法选取自2016年1月至2017年1月于大连市友谊医院老年病科二病房收治的老年2型糖尿病患者60例,采用信封法随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采用常规护理方法,试验组30例,在对照组基础上采用优质护理干预,观察患者的餐后2 h平均血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、患者满意度。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of high quality nursing intervention on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods 60 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into control group, 30 cases, using conventional methods of nursing, experimental group of 30 patients in the control group on the basis of the quality of nursing intervention, observe patients 2 hours after meal average blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, patient satisfaction. Results The experimental group was better than the control group, with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing intervention is effective in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
