摘要
建立了一种以芹菜素为光谱探针测定食品中铅的方法。在pH8.10、9.0×10^-3mol/L三(羟甲基)氨基甲烷一HCl缓冲溶液、2.99×10^-5mol/L芹菜素溶液中,Pb^2+浓度在2.4×10^-7-4.8×10^-6mol/L范围内与吸光度降低值呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为AA=1.8×10^-2c+9.76×10^-3(c/x10^-6mol/L)(R^2=0.994),检出限达2.3×10^-7mol/L,并将该法成功应用于黑乌龙茶中铅的测定。经研究发现,铅与芹菜素形成配合比为1:2的配合物。
Using apigenin as a spectral probe, a method for the determination of lead in food was established.In the range of 2.4×10^-7- 4.8× 10^-6 mol/L, there was a good linear relationship between the reduction of absorbance with the concentration of lead ions under the pH 8. 10,9.0×10^-3 mol/L Tris-HC1 buffer solution, 2.99×10^-5 mol/L apigenin solution.The linear equation was AA = 1.8x 10-2c+9. 76x 10-3(c/x 10^-6 tool/L)( R2= 0. 994).The detection limit of this method was 2. 3×10^-7 mol/L.And the lead in black oolong tea was successfully determined.In addition ,the results showed that the complexation ratio of lead with apigenin was 1:2.
