烟气脱硫脱硝结构设计优化经济性的分析

摘要 随着我国经济的迅猛发展,工业现代化导致大气污染也非常严重,这样大气治理的迫切性就显得尤为突出。烟气脱硫脱硝中相关建构筑物等的基建费用约占整体投资的30%~40%,因此结构设计优化经济性对企业收益能力的提升有着决定性的意义。本文从制度制订以及管理角度分析了当前设计存在的问题并提出了相应的管理及技术解决思路和方案。 With the rapid development of the economy of China,serious atmospheric environmental pollution was produced. Atmospheric pollution controlling is therefore urgently needed. Structure capital expenditure takes up about 30%-40% of the total cost of the flue gas desulphurization and denitration system. Therefore,optimal structural design becomes decisive to improve overall economic performance of enterprises. In this paper,we analyze the current problems of the structure design from the dimensions of institutional improvement and management and put forward the ideas and solutions from managerial and technological perspectives.
