摘要
社交目标和社会关系是社会语境的主要因素。围绕服务型政府的服务职能,政务新媒体的社交目标可分为信息公开、在线办事和公众参与(互动交流);社会关系体现为平等、亲密的政民关系。政务新媒体语言选择的策略包括话语数量策略(有、多、快)和话语质量策略(内容真实相关、表达规范亲和),两者紧密联系,彼此依赖。政务新媒体的语言选择策略和社会语境是互相适应的。
Social goals and social relations are the main parameters of social context.Under the government function of service,the social goal of government new media include information disclosure, online service and public participation( interactive communication),and the social relations embodies equality and cordial relations between the government and the people. The strategies of language selection of government new media include the quantity strategies( existence,richness,fastness) and the quality strategies( true and relevant content,normative and affinitive expressions). The two groups of strategies are closely related and interdependent,and the strategies of language selection and the social context are co-adaptive.
