摘要
法治化是"枫桥经验"创新发展的必由之路。"枫桥经验"是法治浙江建设的重要载体。"枫桥经验"法治化的实践路径可以总结为:坚持群众路线与法治思维、法治方式相结合,坚持专群相结合,坚持法律与道德相结合,坚持实体法与程序法相结合。
The rule of law is the only way for the innovative development of＂Fengqiao experience＂,which is an important carrier of construction of the rule of law of Zhejiang province. The practice path of ＂Fengqiao experience＂under the rule of law can be summarized as follows： adherence to the mass line combined with the rule of law thinking and the way of the rule of law; adherence to the combination of professional organizations and the masses; insistence on the combination of law and morality; insistence on the substantive law and procedure law.
