摘要
为了提高无刷励磁发电机旋转整流器故障诊断系统的实时性和效果,采用TMS320C28346型DSP芯片作为检测系统的核心部件,设计了发电机旋转整流器故障诊断系统,系统可实现整流二极管正常、单管和双管开路故障时的指示及报警。在一台三级式无刷交流同步发电机上进行了实验,结果表明,故障诊断系统对旋转二极管的3种状态监测正确率达到了100%。
In order to improve the instantaneity and effect of the fault diagnosis system of rotating rectifier in generator with brushless excitation,paper designs a generator rotating rectifier fault diagnosis system,which can make an indication of normal rectifier diodes and the alarm when single tube or double pipe have an open-circuit fault,with TMS320 C28346 DSP chip as the core component of the detecting system. Experiments on a three-stage brushless AC synchronous generator were carried out. The results show that the accuracy of monitor could be 100% in monitoring three states of rotary diodes.
