摘要
异物性肛瘘虽然较少见,且容易误诊,但只要我们在临床工作中注意患者的各项细节,利用各项辅检,仍能较好地做出正确诊断及治疗,取得满意的疗效。分析本科收治的因鱼刺异物致肛瘘患者1例,探讨异物致肛瘘的成因及诊治经验,总结异物致肛瘘的有效处理方法和预防措施。
Foreign body sex anal fistula, although less common, and easily misdiagnosed, but as long as we pay attention to the patients in the clinical work of the details,and use the auxiliary inspection,it can still be good to make the right diagnosis and treatment,and obtained satisfactory curative effect.In this paper,the author analyzed 1 case of anal fistula caused by fishbone foreign body in our department,and discussed the causes,diagnosis and treatment experience of anal fistula caused by foreign body,to summarize the effective treatment and preventive measures of anal fistula caused by foreign body.
