4-喹唑酮的合成研究进展

摘要 综述了药物中间体4-喹唑酮合成的代表性方法。工业上合成4-喹唑酮使用邻氨基苯甲酸和甲酰胺反应成本较低,实验室合成4-喹唑酮使用邻氨基苯甲酸酯和甲酰胺反应更为方便,合成4-喹唑酮的2位衍生物使用邻氨基苯甲酰胺和醛反应较为合适。 Representative methods of synthesis of 4( 3 H)-quinazolone,a drug intermediate,were reviewed. The industrial synthesis of 4( 3 H)-quinazolone using anthranilic acid and formamide costs less; it is more convenient to synthesize 4( 3 H)-quinazolone in the laboratory using anthranilate and formamide; the 2-position derivative of 4( 3 H)-quinazolone is more suitable to get from the reaction of anthranilamide with aldehydes.
