摘要
高温空气燃烧技术是一种新型节能技术。针对倒焰窑能耗高的问题,提出引入高温空气燃烧技术,并利用FLUENT软件对新型倒焰窑炉的温度场和组分场进行模拟。通过改变燃料喷入速度,分析窑炉内部的温度场和组分场情况,从而为新型倒焰窑炉的节能设计提供一定参考。
High temperature air combustion is a new energy-saving technology. In order to solve the problem of high energy consumption of down draft kiln,this paper introduces high temperature air combustion technology,and uses FLUENT software to simulate the temperature field and group field of a new down draft kiln. By changing the speed of the fuel,this paper analyzes the temperature field and concentration field,providing a reference to the energy-saving design of the new down draft kiln.
