摘要
为了研究屯兰矿12305孤岛工作面预留煤柱的合理宽度,在保障安全的前提下,尽可能减少煤炭资源的浪费,在工作面现有地质资料的基础上,从理论上计算出煤柱最小合理宽度为3.76~4.41m,再结合数值模拟软件对工作面煤柱宽度和巷道变形量进行数值模拟,得出煤柱宽度与巷道顶底板移近量的变化关系。将理论计算结果与数值模拟结果比较后,最后得出屯兰矿12305工作面预留最合理的煤柱宽度应为4m的结论。
in order to study the reasonable width of isolated working face along goaf of coal pillar, to reduce the Tun-lan Mine waste of resources, improve the mining efficiency. Based on 12305 isolated working face in Tun-lan Mine existing geological data, theoretically calculates the reasonable minimum width of coal pillar is 3.76 - 4.41 M, then numerical simulation with FLAC3 D software, the relationship between the width of coal pillar and roof floor of the tunnel close to the amount of. Finally, the theoretical calculation and numerical simulation results are combined to get the conclusion that the reasonable width of the coal pillar of the roadway along the gob of the 12305 isolated face is 4 m.
