摘要
探究血清中的γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、白介素-23(IL-23)这些细胞因子在菌阴结核患者、非结核患者及健康人中的表达水平,为菌阴结核病的诊断提供根据。采用酶联免疫吸附技术检测菌阳结核和菌阴结核患者、非结核患者和健康人血清中的IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10,IL-23表达水平,比较不同组的差异。(1)与健康组比较,肺结核组患者血清中的IL-6平均水平较高,但是差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)结核组患者的IL-10比健康和非结核组都要高,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)与健康组比较,结核患者的血清IL-23要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)与健康组比较,菌阴结核患者的血清IFN-γ要高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IFN-γ对菌阴结核的诊断中具有很好的应用前景,血清IL-6、IL-23等细胞因子存在辅助诊断菌阴结核患者的价值。
Explore the expression levels of IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-23 cytokines in the serum of negative tuberculosis patients,non-tuberculosis patients and healthy people,provide the basis for the diagnosis of negative tuberculosis. The cytokines( IFN-γ,IL-6,IL-10 and IL-23) expression levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent in the serum of negative tuberculosis patients,non-tuberculosis patients and healthy people,comparing the differences in different groups.( 1) Compared with the health group,the levels of IL-6 in serum of the tuberculosis group were higher,but the difference was not statistically significant( P > 0. 05).( 2) The IL-10 in TB patients was higher than the healthy and non-TB group,but there was no statistically significant( P >0. 05).( 3) Compared with the health group,the serum IL-23 in TB patients was higher and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).( 4) Compared with the healthy group,the serum IFN-gamma was higher in patients with bacterial vaginal tuberculosis,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). IFN-γ has agood application prospect in the diagnosis of negative tuberculosis,and IL-6,IL-23 can be used to assist in diagnosis of negative tuberculosis patients.
