摘要
利用离散元仿真技术对小麦磨粉过程进行了仿真。首先在Solid Works中建立了小麦颗粒的两个模具几何模型,将它们导入到EDEM中进行仿真生成了小麦的颗粒模型文件;然后将磨粉机的核心机构导入到EMEM中创建磨粉机的动力学模型,设置好相关参数后进行仿真。仿真结果表明:小麦颗粒在经过磨辊之间后产生了破碎,其结果与实际情况吻合。上述方法对于磨粉机的结构与加工工艺设计具有一定的指导意义,并为类似粮食加工机械的仿真提供了参考。
Wheat milling was simulated based on discrete element method. Firstly,two mould geometries of wheat particles were constructed in Solidworks and then imported into EDEM to simulate in order to generate particle model file of wheat. Secondly,primary mechanics of milling machine were imported into EDEM to create dynamics model of milling machine. Finally,relative parameters were set and simulation was carried out. The simulation result suggested that wheat particles were squashed,which fitted the reality. The method is of certain guiding significance to structure design and processing design of milling machine,and it provides reference to simulation of allied commissariat processing machine.
