摘要
采用醇提法以洋甘菊、橙花、茉莉花、百合花4种植物花为原料制备得到复合提取液,应用小鼠黑色素瘤细胞(B16)增殖率测定、黑色素生成抑制试验、细胞内酪氨酸酶活性测定、体外酪氨酸酶活性抑制试验以及红细胞溶血试验对其美白功效和刺激性进行评估。结果表明,4种植物花复合提取液能显著抑制B16细胞内的黑色素合成和酪氨酸酶活性,且不影响细胞的增殖生长;依ECVAM刺激性分类标准,其分级为无刺激性。复合提取液既安全又高效,可以作为天然美白剂添加到化妆品中。
The complex extract was obtained from 4 kinds of flowers(Chamomile,Orange blossom,Jasmine and Lily) with ethanol as solvent,then its whitening effect and irritation were assessed by several methods including proliferation rate of mouse melanoma cells(B16),the inhibition of melanin formation,the intracellular tyrosinase activity assay,in vitro tyrosinase activity inhibition assay,and erythrocyte hemolysis.The results showed that the complex extract could effectively inhibit both melanin formation and tyrosinase activity in B16 cells without any interference to B16 cells proliferation.Meanwhile,this extract was classified as no irritation substance according to the standard of ECVAM.It was a safe and effective ingredient which would have a good potential in the field of natural whitening cosmetics.
