摘要
本研究以藏族学生扎西在内地14年的求学生涯为个案,通过描述其在上海、广东、南京三地经历的初中、高中和大学(含研究生)生活,发现其每一段的学习就像一次新的旅程,会接触到不一样的人、不一样的学校、不一样的课堂、不一样的传媒,甚至不一样的"自己",这些都属于广义上的"媒介"。基于此,本研究主要从传播社会学的视角,着重探讨不同类型的媒介在其不同的生命阶段,对其人生观、价值观的形成以及文化适应、民族认同等方面所产生的影响。本文认为在跨文化的传播语境与媒介生态环境中,走进内地的藏族学生会经历好奇、陌生、抵触、理解与反思的文化适应过程,其中既有传统和现代的冲突与调适,也有国家和民族认同的解构与重构。内地的求学之旅,实际上也是一趟丰富的媒介之旅,更是深刻的文化之旅、认同之旅。
This study takes a Tibetan youngster's 14-year student career for case study and describes her life in junior middle school,middle school and university(including graduate study)in Shanghai,Guangdong and Nanjing. It is found that each period of her study is like a new journey that brings her in contact with different people,different schools,different classrooms,different mass media,and even different"selves",all of which are"media"in a broad sense. Based on all this and from the perspective of communication sociology,this study focuses on the impact of different types of media on the Tibetan youngster's different stages of life,her life outlook,the formation of her values and cultural adaptation,her national identity,and other aspects. The authors argue that,in the context of intercultural communication and media ecology,Tibetan students entering the inland tend to experience such cultural adaptation processes as curiosity,strangeness,resistance,understanding and introspection. In these processes,there are conflicts and adjustments between the traditional and the modern as well as the deconstruction and reconstruction of national and ethnic identities. In fact,for these Tibetan students,the journey of studying in the inland is a journey through rich media. It is also a profound journey of culture and identification.
