摘要
本文采用CLSVOF方法对液滴撞击亲疏水间隔条纹壁面的过程进行了数值模拟,重点研究撞击速度和撞击点对液滴铺展行为的影响。结果表明,液滴在撞击亲疏水间隔条纹壁面后容易分裂出卫星液滴,其分裂的地点都是在疏水条纹上;较大的撞击速度使得卫星液滴数目迅速增多,但是这种分裂行为并不会大幅度增加液滴与固壁的接触面积;虽然撞击点的不同会使得液滴倾向于朝不同的方向铺展,但这种行为对液固接触面积的影响却很小。
The CLSVOF method was adopted to simulate the droplet impacting on substrate with alternating hydrophilic and hydrophobic stripes in this article. The research focused on the effect of impact velocity and impact point on the spread behavior of the droplet. The results indicated that the droplet was easy to split out after impinging this substrate, and the location was on the hydrophobic stripe. Higher impact velocity lead to the generation of more satellite droplets, which could not substantial enlarge the liquid-solid contact area. For different impact point, the spreading tendency of droplets was different. However, this kind of spreading property has small influence on the the liquid-solid contact area.
