摘要
数控机床高精度步进控制是机械运动控制系统发展的必然趋势也是现代化工业领域的重要组成部分。由于传统数控机床的精度的不足易导致质量缺陷等问题,因此,对数控机床高精度步进控制系统的设计逐渐成为研究热点。首先,改良步进控制模型并对驱动系统和控制方案进行更专业的设计。其次,为提高数控机床的性能,保障控制模型精度,基于可靠性理论对运动控制系统进行了设计和研发。为了获得网络性能和控制性能更好的控制系统,设计了步进电机网络化控制系统并进行了软件配置。最后通过系统仿真实验测试证实,该数控机床高精度步进控制模型不仅有成本相对较低的优势,且负载能力较强,能保持精准稳定的运行效果,性能较比传统机床更加优越。测试结果显示,该系统模型运行可靠度均值可达到97.89%,充分满足设计要求。
The high precision step control of CNC machine tool is the inevitable trend of the development of the mechanical motion control system, and it is also an important part of the modem industrial field. Due to the lack of accuracy of traditional NC machine tools, it is easy to cause quality defects. Therefore, the design of high-precision step control system of CNC machine tools has gradually become a research hotspot. First, the improved step control model and the more professional design of the drive system and control scheme. Secondly,in order to improve the performance of CNC machine tools and ensure the precision of the control model, the motion control system is designed and developed based on the reliability theory. In order to obtain the control system with better network performance and control performance, a stepper motor network control system is designed and the software configuration is carried out. Finally ,through the simulation experiment proved that the high precision CNC machine stepper control model not only has a relatively low cost advantage and strong load capacity, can maintain accurate and stable running effect, better than traditional machine performance. The test results show that the reliability of the system model can reach 97.89% , which fully meets the design requirements.
