摘要
目的了解广州市大学生性与生殖健康知识认知现状,为更好地开展大学生性与生殖健康宣传教育提供科学依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,随机抽取广州大学、广东第二师范学院、广东工业大学、广东技术师范学院、华南农业大学5所大学的大一年级和大四年级共608名在校大学生作为研究对象。对其进行性与生殖健康知识问卷调查。结果 92.60%的大学生知晓使用安全套避孕,61.51%的大学生知晓生理安全期避孕,仅4.61%的大学生知晓皮下埋植避孕法,25.33%的大学生知晓正确使用安全套的方法。在"知晓正确使用安全套的方法"这一项目上,大四年级学生的知晓率高于大一年级学生,男生的知晓率高于女生,城市生源地学生的知晓率高于农村生源地学生(P<0.05)。89.64%的大学生知晓梅毒,69.41%的大学生知晓淋病,仅28.61%的大学生知晓尖锐湿疣,26.64%的大学生知晓阴道炎,17.11%的大学生知晓尿道炎。结论广州市大学生性与生殖健康知识认知情况不容乐观,并存在一定的认知误区,且对避免意外妊娠、预防性病等相关知识的掌握远远不够。高校应加强大学生的性与生殖健康宣传教育,而且需重点关注大学新生、女生和农村生源地学生,以切实提高对大学生开展性与生殖健康宣传教育的效果,帮助大学生科学与全面地掌握性与生殖健康知识,促使其形成正确的性与生殖健康观念,进而保障全体大学生的身心健康。
Objective To assess the knowledge level about sexual and reproductive health among university students in Guangzhou,China,which may provide scientific evidence to further enhance sexual and reproductive health education for university students.Methods Using the method of random sampling,a total of 608 students（grade 1 or grade 4）from five universities（Guangzhou University,Guangdong University of Education,Guangdong University of Technology,Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University,and South China Agricultural University）in Guangzhou participated in the survey.Knowledge about sexual and reproducive health questionnaire was used in this study.Results The awareness rates of ＂condom use as a method of contraception＂, ＂ safe period contraception＂,and ＂ subcutaneous embedding as a method of contraception＂ were92.60%,61.51%and 4.61%,respectively.Only 25.33% of students knew how to use a condom correctly;the awareness rate of ＂correct condom use＂ was higher in grade 4 students than that in grade 1 students,higher in males than that in females,and higher in students from urban areas compared with those from rural areas（P0.05）.The awareness rates of syphilis,gonorrhea,condyloma acuminatum,vaginitis,and urethritis were 89.64%,69.41%,28.61%,26.64%,and 17.11%,respectively.Conclusion The knowledge level about sexual and reproductive health among university students in Guangzhou is not optimistic;there exist some misunderstandings and a lack of knowledge about how to avoid accidental pregnancy and how to prevent sexually transmitted diseases.It is important to enhance sexual and reproductive health education among university students,particularly for freshmen,female students and those from rural areas,so as to increase their knowledge level about sexual and reproductive health,help them establish proper sexual concepts and thus improve the physical and mental health for all university students.
