摘要
大肠杆菌O26、O45、O121血清群是STEC中的常见血清群,传统的大肠杆菌血清学检测存在费时、费力而且不同血清型之间经常出现免疫交叉反应,这给大肠杆菌血清学鉴定带来了极大的困扰。本研究根据大肠杆菌O抗原决定簇相关基因之间的差异设计合成了3对引物,能够快速而准确的鉴定这3种血清群,建立的方法具有较高的特异性、灵敏性,其最低检测灵敏度可达到10pg细菌基因组DNA。
The serogroups of E. coli 026,045 and O121 are common serogroups of Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, the traditional E. coli serological tests are time-consuming, laborious and often develop immune cross-reactivity,which has brought great distress. In this study,three pairs of primers were designed and synthesized based on the differences of the O antigen genes. These three serogroups can be identified quickly and accurately. The method has a high specificity and sensitivity,and the minimum detection sensitivity can reach 10 pg bacterial genomic DNA.
