摘要
目的优选出藏药镰形棘豆抗深Ⅱ度烧伤作用的活性部位。方法采用热铜棒烫伤法建立SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,98只大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、空白基质组、阳性对照组(湿润烧伤膏)和给药组(镰形棘豆总黄酮组、总多糖组、总生物碱组),分别每日2次给药。采用硫酸纸描图观察创面愈合情况,HE染色评价大鼠皮肤愈合进程。结果与模型组相比,总黄酮组和总多糖组均能明显缩短大鼠脱痂时间(P<0.01),促进皮脂腺和毛囊增生,表皮修复;且总黄酮组能够减轻炎性渗出(P<0.01)。与阳性对照组比较,总黄酮组脱痂时间和渗出时间无显著性差异,总多糖组脱痂时间无显著性差异。结论初步实验表明,镰形棘豆抗深Ⅱ度烧伤活性部位为总黄酮、总多糖,两者均能明显促进大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合,提高同期愈合率,作用效果与阳性对照药相当。
Objective To screen out active sites of Oxytropis falcata Bunge against deep second degree burn.Methods The SD rat model of deep second degree burn was established by hot rod scald method.Ninety-eight rats were divided into normal group,model group,negative control group(blank matrix group),positive control group and treatment group(total flavonoids group,total polysaccharide group,total alkaloids group),and were administered twice/day.Wound healing was observed using sulfuric acid paper tracing.HE staining was used to evaluate the process of skin healing in rats.Results Compared with model group,the total flavonoids group and the total polysaccharide group obviously shortened the time of scab removal(P〈0.01),and promoted sebaceous glands,hair follicle hyperplasia and epidermal repair.Moreover the total flavonoids group could reduce inflammatory exudate(P〈0.01).However,there was no significant difference between the positive control group and the total flavonoids group in scab removal and inflammatory exudate.Conclusion The active sites of Oxytropis falcata Bunge against deep second degree burn are total flavonoids and total polysaccharides,both of them can significantly promote wound healing of deep second degree burn in rats while improving the healing rate of which.
