摘要
以立式铣车复合加工中心双驱滚珠丝杠进给系统为研究对象,利用ANSYS Workbench建立了包含结合部特性的双驱进给系统有限元模型,分析了丝杠跨距和导轨跨距对双驱进给系统动态性能的影响。分析结果表明:在原有丝杠跨距的基础上继续增大丝杠跨距对双驱进给系统的动态性能影响不明显,而增大导轨跨距能够显著提高双驱进给系统的动态特性。
Aiming at the double-drive ball screw feed system of the vertical milling machining center,it uses ANSYS Workbench to build the finite element model of the double-drive feed system with the screw span and the span,analyzes the influence of dual drive system on dynamic performance. The results show that the increase of the screw span on the basis of the original lead span has little effect to the dynamic performance of the dual-drive system,and the increase of the span can significantly improve the dynamic characteristics of the double-drive system.
