摘要
整体式叶轮具有复杂的曲面特征,五轴联动加工时,数控程序的编写及正确性检测存在一定困难。首先通过分析叶轮零件的结构特点,对其加工工艺进行分析;然后基于CAM软件CATIA建立其三维模型,并完成叶轮的刀具轨迹生成,接着对刀轨文件进行后置处理,获得数控程序;最后基于VERICUT建立机床WFL M65的虚拟仿真系统,对叶轮零件进行仿真加工,检验数控程序的正确性。结果表明,通过仿真加工能够预知加工中可能存在的干涉、碰撞等危险情况,便于对工艺及数控程序进行改进与优化,保障机床使用中的安全,同时还缩短了零件的生产周期,提高了机床的加工效率。
It is difficult for the complex surface characteristics of integral impeller to design NC program in five-axis linkage machining. Based on the processing technology of impeller part,it analyzes the structure characteristics,builds the three-dimensional model of impeller part and designs the cutting tool path in CAM software CATIA,obtains the NC programs by post processing for cutter location files. Based on simulation system of WFL M65 machine in VERICUT,it realizes the simulation processing of the part and checks the correctness of NC.The simulation processing predicts the possible interference,collision and other dangerous situation,optimizes the process and NC programs and protects the safety of machine tools in use. This method shortens the production cycle of the parts,promotes the machines processing efficiency.
