摘要
为弥补汽车空调在自动控制系统方面研究的不足,基于模糊控制理论,采用两输入、两输出的变量控制方式对汽车空调的控制进行了研究。首先提出了基于模糊控制理论的双输入、双输出的模糊控制系统,并建立了满足条件的隶属度函数。然后基于两输入、两输出的模糊控制理论,建立汽车空调智能控制的制冷制热数学模型、模糊控制的可编程逻辑控制器汽车空调自动控制系统的控制电路及控制程序子流程。最后对制冷控制进行了仿真分析,仿真结果显示:传统模糊控制方案系统响应快;PID控制响应慢;基于模糊控制理论建立的空调控制系统可以有效地消除稳态误差。
Based on the theory of fuzzy control,it introduces the control of automobile air-conditioning,uses two-input and two-output variable control methods to solve the shortcomings of the automatic air-conditioners control system. It establishes a membership function satisfying the condition,analyzes the two-input and two-output fuzzy control theory,builds a mathematic model of refrigeration and heating for intelligent control of automobile air conditioning. The simulation results show that the traditional fuzzy control scheme has small response time,fast response,long PID response time and slow response,the air-conditioning control system can effectively eliminate the steady-state error.
