摘要
链传动系统是埋刮板输送机的重要组成部分,链轮和链条不能完全啮合主要是因为链条和链轮的磨损或者是链条节距过大,导致啃齿、跳齿和冲击现象发生。为了研究啃齿、跳齿和冲击3种工况的接触强度,利用ANSYS瞬态动力学模块对这3种工况进行了接触强度分析,得出了3种工况的等效应力云图和应力随时间变化曲线。研究结果表明:跳齿、啃齿和冲击3种工况应力最大位置均位于链条和链轮接触的部位,此部位属于相对危险的区域,为链传动系统的改进提供了可靠的依据。
The chain transmission system is an important component of the drag chain conveyor, the failed meshing of the sprocket wheel and the chain was mainly due to the wear of the sprocket wheel and the chain or the overlarge chain pitch, which resulted in tooth gnawing, tooth skipping and impact. To study the contact strength in the above three operation modes, the transient dynamic module of ANSYS was applied to analyze the contact strength in the three operation modes, and the stress contours and the variation curve of the stress with time in the three operation modes were obtained. The study results showed the maximum stress was located at the contact zone of the sprocket wheel and the chain in the three operation modes, the zone was considerable dangerous. The study offered reliable reference for the improvement of the chain transmission system.
